Advancing Outcomes-based Finance to create more sustainable societies globally that benefits all

We believe that harnessing the power of capital through Outcomes-based Finance (OBF) can achieve positive impact in society and create systemic change. By tying funding to results, efforts can be amplified to achieve more and better outcomes targeting pressing social and environmental issues.
We focus on delivering high-impact outcomes by channeling capital efficiently and effectively to parts of society that need it the most. We are committed to growing innovative financing models that can better our society, and we develop OBFs that fit various country and regional contexts with the ambition to enhance ecosystems. We work collaboratively with foundations, social investors, NGOs, social enterprises and government by providing services on OBF development, capacity building, performance management and evidence-based research.
We support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to fight inequality, tackle climate change and end poverty by 2030. But we are far from reaching these global goals as the world still faces a funding gap of up to USD2.5 trillion per year. We believe that OBFs can unlock more public and private capital to narrow the funding gap to realize the SDGs by 2030.
We focus on delivering high-impact outcomes for disadvantaged groups across multiple sectors, such as education, environment, healthcare, workforce readiness, affordable housing and beyond, by providing key services to support the work on growing the OBF ecosystem:

We work with cross-sector partners to assess whether OBFs can help them achieve better outcomes results to targeted disadvantaged groups. We walk together with our partners on the development journey by providing fundamental support needed; from conducting feasibility studies, to designing and implementing OBF models that can effectively and efficiently achieve their impact goals.

We work with impact-led service providers and donor organisations to identify and adopt strategies to optimize outcomes performance, from capacity building, restructuring and enhancing service delivery models and performance management.

We believe it is important to capture evidence and lessons of the OBF journey in different contexts to accelerate the adaptation of OBF approaches to enhance service delivery.
We work with practitioners and researchers to produce evidenced-based research and share our findings on forums and events and other knowledge exchanges platforms to foster greater innovation and collaborations in local and global OBF ecosystems.
