At Shifted, ecosystem building is an integral part of our work to achieve our vision for Hong Kong. We believe it is important to share information to those who are capable of making positive change in society. Young professionals have strong potential to be changemakers, but they often lack access to expertise and networks to spark their own journey in creating social change.  

 

Shifted created Ambassadors for Change, a curated experience where leading social innovators are invited to speak candidly to a select group of accomplished professionals from cross-sector backgrounds. Every Ambassadors for Change experience is unique where we engage with different speakers and participants. 

 

Since 2015, Ambassadors for Change has connected over hundreds professionals to social innovation leaders to share paradigm shifting concepts. Our participants come from a wide range of backgrounds such as creatives, finance, F&B, law, medicine, tech, education, entrepreneurs, entertainment, family offices, academia, media, think tanks, etc. #WomenOfImpact was launched as a women's event under Ambassadors for Change to empower more female leaders to become changemakers.

 

We strive to preserve the integrity of our events to create a unique experience in shifting mindsets. Participants are nominated on a referral basis. Invitations are extended based on the individual's ability to honour the experience of the event and potential in making positive change in Hong Kong.
